Anukoolan Solutions Private Limited ("Anukoolan", "we", "our", or "us") is a specialist engineering consultancy incorporated in India, providing process simulation, digital twin development, optimisation studies, and related technical services to industrial clients in the oil and gas, refining, and energy sectors.

Plant and Site Personnel Data

When performing on-site or remote engineering services, we may receive or process data relating to plant and site personnel, including:

• Names and roles of plant operators, engineers, or supervisors involved in a project

• Contact details required for operational coordination

• Access credentials or identification required for site entry or system access, provided by the client

Such data is received from our clients and processed solely for the purpose of delivering the contracted services.

• Where a client or individual requests deletion, we will action this subject to any overriding legal or contractual obligations

These include access controls, secure file handling, and obligations of confidentiality on all personnel and representatives who handle personal data.

 

Rights of Data Principals

Under the DPDPA and applicable law, individuals whose personal data we process ("Data Principals") have the right to:

• Access information about the personal data we hold about them

• Correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data

• Request erasure of personal data, subject to legal and contractual constraints

• Nominate another individual to exercise these rights on their behalf

• File a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India or any other applicable supervisory authority
