Process Simulation Models, aka digital twins are key to optimizing chemical processes. However,  engineering teams are usually strapped for time and resources especially when trying to match the simulation with the real plant.  

 

We specifically have significant experience in modeling refinery, oil and gas, and petrochemical processes.  We will ensure accurate representation of vapor-liquid-solid thermodynamics is the key to the modeling of chemical processes.   Further, we develop our solutions such that it is easier for the user to match the model with the real plant, so one can focus on extracting value from models for plant troubleshooting or testing out new ideas to improve plant performance.  

 

We can also support you with managing and maintaining your simulation models so that they are kept up-to-date.  We specialize in tools such as Aspen HYSYS, Aspen Plus, PetroSim, Unisim though are not limited to this set of tools.
